Dr. Cao provides comprehensive adult rheumatology care through a Direct Specialty Care model. Located in Great Neck, New York, the practice serves patients throughout Nassau County, Long Island, Queens, the greater New York City area, and beyond. Care is available in English or Mandarin based on patient preference.

To facilitate coordinated care, please fax or securely transmit relevant medical records to our office. We are committed to maintaining open communication with referring clinicians and will provide consultation notes and updates as appropriate.
